- 21 attended from the network, 2 guests, and the trainer.
- Introduction, defining the workshop tools and setting the strategic plan timeframe (options were short 1 year or 2 years mid-term 5 years. The attendance agreed on selection to define and work on just one year plan 2018-2019)
- Developing the strategic plan, the attendance selected SWAT and TOWS Analysis as tools
- Attendance were divided into small groups
- 3:00 pm: lunch
- 4:30 End of the day and return to the city
