Establishment
The network was officially launched under the name Syrian Women Humanitarian Network in late October 2017 in Gaziantep-Turkey. The Network members include at this stage of 33 Syrian women either Individuals or organization operating within the Humanitarian sector with the aim of empowering women and providing a wider
representation and better understanding of Humanitarian women workers issues, needs and aspiration..

Network structure:  

• General Assembly (GA): all members
•  Board of Director (BoD):  include 7 members (4 individuals and 3 Organization) acting as the executive body of the network, appointment is done through election.
• Committees (C): each committee is composed of 5-7 members who are elected by the general assembly.
